DeKalb-Lee Wind Farm Noise

The DeKalb-Lee industrial wind energy center has caused numerous problems for the local residents who have to live within that footprint. This project is also know as the NextEra Wind Farm, although it is far from being a farm. The fact is that wind turbines are noisy. There are many factors that determine the level of noise that is generated. When it comes to figuring out how noisy the wind turbines really are, who should you ask? Do you want to trust the perspective of someone who made a visit or the people who have been forced to live within the wind farm? The distances were determined using an optical range finder. Note that on some of clips there is a background rumbling noise that is due to wind blowing over the camera microphone. The BE is the newest main battle tank (MBT) in service with the Russian army, a further development of the T-80. The BE is fitted with conventional armour plating and nuclear, biological and chemical (NBC) protection equipment. The glacis and the turret of BE are covered by the third generation Kontakt-5 explosive reactive armour (ERA). The tank's low rounded turret is centered on the hull and is covered by ERA bricks. You can set this camera to take photos in different sizes and I like to use the 640x480 size as they are great for emailing. It doesn't have the fancy settings to ignore close objects if you are looking through brush or trees, but that shouldn't be a problem 99% of the time if you scout your hunting spot ahead of time. It also doesn't tell you "true ballistic range" like the Leupolds and some others. Again, that's not neccessary. It only really matters in really steep slopes and isn't too hard to calculate anyway. So what does it have? Clear glass. The best laser in the industry (unless perhaps you can mortgage your house for a Vector) Simple design. Durable housing. Light and compact. Long battery life. This thing has all that you need in a rangefinder. It doesn't range as far as a Swarovski, but then it is also 400 less, and has a better reticule in my opinion. The Swaro seems to cover up what you are looking at and makes it hard to stay on target. The ONLY fault I give this rangefinder is the fact that it needs an attachment or built in spot to screw a small tripod onto the bottom. Perhaps there aren't many handheld rangefinders that have those, but they need them for ranging at lengthy distances. Mine has ranged accurately time and time again from 11 yards all the way to 1192. I even ranged moving vehicles at approximately 45 miles per hour. It's fast and precise."
